  • Au cours de son mandat de 18 ans à Pressley Ridge, Sue a travaillé comme enseignante et agente de liaison familiale pour les enfants et les adolescents atteints de maladie mentale et d'autisme pendant sept ans. Elle a déménagé du campus principal de Pressley à Pittsburgh vers la campagne de Greensburg, en Pennsylvanie, et a joué un rôle déterminant dans le développement d'un nouveau programme de traitement résidentiel communautaire pour les enfants et les adolescents.
  • In 1991, Sue opened a Community Residential Rehabilitation program for youth and adolescents and managed all aspects of the program including licensing, training, hiring and certification of all treatment parents. She remained in this program with Pressley until coming to Carelon in 2004.
