AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)

Beacon Health Options expects participating providers to comply with all provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act applicable to the provision of care to HealthChoices members. Providers are subject to actions for failing to cooperate with Beacon Health Options policies/procedures, state, and federal regulations such as written warning, probation, suspension, or termination under this agreement.
